Combine meets threads

I recommend combining the "Meets" subforum and the "Other Meets/Shows" subforum, seeing as they are very closely related, and just call it "Other Meets/Shows".

meets is for last minute things like pike runs or take meghan out for ice cream meets
where other meets/shows is for meets put on by other clubs like netuners and cool people like that.

Then what's the difference between Meets and CTSUBARU.COM meets?
Two of the three subforums should be combined, however you want to word/work it

CTSUBARU.COM Meets are meets held by us and are kind of... "official meets"... not like last minute things, install days, etc... but like Kent Falls recently. Long-term set up meets by us for us. Then there's other meets/shows that are long-term like WBM, the CCSU Car Show, etc...

Guys I know the purpose of each of them, and they can be easily combined to serve a dual-purpose. You can have the CTSubaru.com meets section for all official meets planned in the longterm, and the other meets/shows for anything by other clubs or if someone just wants to get together at a Hooters or something last minute. I don't feel the need to have the "Meets" subforum when it could easily just fall under Other Meets (other meets being anything not official with CTSubaru.com)

seriously, this is a site suggestion thread, and i suggested it to get rid of a subforum that we have that can either stay opened or be combined. It was an idea of mine to pass on to the admins, so I really don't care what anyone has to say about it, except Scott or Bob.

Like I said, there isn't a real issue with keeping them, I just was thinking that you have your official CTsubaru.com meets thread, and just put everyone else's in another one, instead of having 2 separate ones.

Really, it doesn't matter too much, it was an idea I had, and apparently everyone hates it.

we don't hate it..... it's just that the person the suggestion is coming from isn't really all there.... i mean.. come on..

-13 hour "naps"
-deafness while "napping"
-soaking up so much sun you look like a marker in the water
-using yourself as a tie-down for stuff in the boat

but really... with the site growing, it's probably a better idea to keep the two different sub-forums as they are. you'll just have to get un-lazy and look through them both instead of a unified one. :)

we may want to have a clearer definition of what defines a ctsubaru.com meet then, and then i can see keeping them.
for example, teamsubaru posted about going to mark's, i'd see that as a ctsubaru.com meet because it'd be representing us.
