Just found out about CSC!!!

Hey guys, just found out about CSC from my friend Brent (BMiLardo) and wanted to say whats up and its awesome to see a more local group of suby owners. Some of you may know me from NASIOC, I have the same name there. Im really looking forward to the meets, I have a lot planned for my car this summer.

Haha, nope, it's a non-turbo... and an RS too, so I don't even have power windows or locks. -_- It was cheap and I pretty much went for anything that was manual because I was sick of driving my parents' Dodge Caravan. It came with some rice (Blitz kit all around that had some cracks, I need to find a place to repair it... not falling off, though; Altezza lights (took those off and put stocks on sooo fast); 5zigen exhaust (I think it's just an axleback); and an Injen CAI). The exhaust and CAI sound nice and look good, so I don't mind those, but I really wish it had the stock body. Fiberglass is a pain. And it came with just the stock RS wheels (the front tires were bald... hah... hah... -_-), so I just got some cheap ADR 17" rims with no name tires (I'll probably need new ones next year) and I put snows on the stock wheels (15" I think...). It gets me around. Here's my car domain:

And yes, I do plan on probably getting a Subaru. I am about 90% sure on either a bug eye WRX or a GC RS. The other 10% mostly goes to an Eclipse GSX (with the wonderful crank walk), an 02-03 GTI 1.8T, or another 10 cars that I will probably never get. WRXs are on the high end of what I will be able to afford, however... my last car was $5,000 (with 52,000 miles), my next one I am aiming for $10k-$11k, so a WRX in a couple years with high miles. Also, I bought this car with no money down, full loan, so I have another 2 years on the loan. I hope to save extra and pay it off early, but it's doubtful. If the insurance is too much, I'll be forced to get the GC, but perhaps with a USDM WRX swap in the future now that I know about ECS.

So while it just seems like a dream at this point, I am hopeful enough to join here and on NASIOC and hope to get to some meets and start meeting others who love their Subarus. Also, my family has had about 4 or 5 Subaru wagons in the past (my dad has a 99 silver Legacy Outback Wagon now)... so I'm a big fan already. Besides, WRC rules. :)

Thanks, I just put the rims back on today too, which makes me happy... I hate the stock wheels with a passion.

If anyone sees me in the New Milford/Brookfield/Danbury area, feel free to wave, it'll be a nice surprise. ;) Haha...
