As the car stands now, I still have a couple issues to fix up. Problems include the following...
-Airbag light is on
-At night, brake lights stay on
-horn doesn't work
-Driver's side rear quarter panel is bondoed and looks like shit (see last pic)
-Driver's side door needs to be slightly realigned
-Rear wheel wells need to be flared (fender roller) to stop the rubbing when going over bumpy roads. >:(

Looking good... I think the wheels look better on the RS then they did on the WRX since generally, smaller wheels fit the RSs better. :)

How much did the doner car cost you? Where did you get it? And how much did you pay for the RS?

I bought the tranny, motor, steering wheel, invidia catback, and greddy evo2 catback for around 4500. The motor and tranny only had 17K miles.

RS I bought in NH for 4200.

Did you have to buy a separate wiring harness or did you get that from the doner? If so how much of a bitch was it to get that out? I actualy just posted a thread about this...

I personally didnt take it out. It did come from that donor car tho. The guy (James) pulled it out and merged the RS harness to the wrx one. But we ran into one minor issue, so I sent it out to Zephyr, and everything came back perfect.

So you never actually fixed the airbag light? Is it normal for swaps to have this light on? Cus mine is on and I dont know whats causing it. I guess Ill just take out the bulb too if thats the case.

My buddies '00 RS had the light when he got it back from being swapped but it turned out to be the clockspring and it's off now.
I think some of the problem may be if the car was started without the airbag plugged in and the light just needs to be cleared either through the car's diagnostic system or the Subaru scan tool. If your horn doesn't work either though, I would definitely try a clockspring.
