Well tonight at about 5:30 I was sitting on my couch, bored, thinking that i have not done anything with any of the cars I own in a long time. So, I got up, went to the shop with my 04 Forester XT Limited and decided to dig around and see what spare parts i could fine.
Here is what I came up with:
A rare set of JDM Ver 5. STi Type R Wheels
I realized that the color of these wheels matched this foresters colored accents perfectly, so I wasted no time, dismounted the tires that were on them, and put my forester tires on them and threw them on.

Once they were on, the brakes looked very small and dull behind them, so next up, I searched around to see what i could come up with and decided on a set of 2007 WRX Subaru 4pot 2 pot braking in red, along with a set of stainless lines i had lying around.

After staring at the car for a good ten minutes. I realized I really liked the brakes, along with the wheel package because of how it accented the forester, however, the wheel gap with these wheels looked worse than I remember it looking, and I hated the way the car handled previously. So, I found a set of 2004 STi struts that we had, and a set of RCE Lowering springs and threw them in. Heres the result of that.

Also, I took off the roof rack. After taking these pictures, I decided to take the car for a ride. I really liked the way it looked and drove so then I decided I just could not stop there. It was getting late so iIstopped for the night but I plan to try and get the rest of this stuff in tomorrow.

Here is what I dug up for tomorrow. A JDM STi TMIC, A 2007 STi VF43 Turbo, a set of ARP Head studs, so that i can run over 21 psi safely, a Cobb Catted Turbo Back, and a 2006 STi 6 Speed Transmission, and knob :) And since the motor in this forester is actually a STi Longblock, I decided I should make it look like an STi with the correct manifold.

What do you guys think? Its essentially going to be a Forster STi on Monday, minus the Brembo brakes. I'm excited and can't wait to tune it, then drive it!!
