Yeah maybe it is better to do the karting first, and then eat. But On-Track Karting does take quite a bit out of you. My arms are usually tired by the end. My lap times get better and better then usually decline slighty in the last couple laps. I'm not saying it's better than going to the gym, but it is certainly the fastest karts in Connecticut and they do give you a bit of a workout. I am not fat but certainly not physically fit by any stretch of the imagination so maybe that's why. Or maybe I am just a shitty racer and making too much work for myself sliding around scrubbing off speed...
